(2) that the United States' plane did not receive permission to land on a Chinese airfield, although international law says such permission should have been forthcoming in response to a "Mayday." (3) that Mainland China held an American flight crew hostage and subjected crew members to sleep deprivation and other interrogation techniques (4) that the Butchers of Beijing massacred peaceful demonstrators in Tiananman Square, threatened Taiwan with missiles, illegally occupy the nation of Tibet, threatened the United States' West Coast with nuclear attack, and generally pose a threat to regional and world peace and security.
