First, however, they enacted strict gun control laws (1938) similar to those advocated by Handgun Control Incorporated. They used these laws to disarm Jews and other "undesirables." 	More than 300,000 Ugandans were slaughtered by dictator Idi Amin Dada- after the country enacted tough gun control laws in 1955 and 1970.
	Japan says that the citizens of modern, civilized nations shouldn't own handguns. I suspect that the good citizens of Nanking, China, might disagree with that statement- if they were still alive.

1. "Arbeit macht frei" means that, if you work hard, you will really be set free.
2. A room labeled "Bad und Disinfektion" (Bath and Disinfection) will really get you clean.
• The showerheads in the "Bad und Disinfektion" room dispense water.
• The ovens next to the "Bad und Disinfektion" room assure that the water from the showerheads is comfortably warm.
• The boxes of soap outside the "Arbeit macht frei" place are for use in the "Bad und Disinfektion" room.
• The serial number on the lampshade from the "Arbeit macht frei" place identifies the worker who checked it for quality.
3. "400 calories a day" for those doing hard physical labor (see #1) is a misprint, and they really meant 4000.
4. The lack of toilet facilities, seats, or ventilation in the cattle car is just a careless oversight.
5. The guy in the black shirt and jackboots is carrying a steel-cored rubber hose because he plans to replace part of the plumbing (perhaps the water connection for the shower in the "Bad und Disinfektion" room).
6. The "re-education facility" is a congenial night school that will train you for a better job.
7. Your coworker disappeared because the Party gave him a surprise 2 week vacation.
• The Party really cares about him because they sent him to a mental hospital for his "problems."
8. The students whom the Party's tanks machine-gunned in Tiananman Square were dangerous radicals who were a threat to your safety.
